You may have an existing Medicine Wheel
or you may need to build one from scratch.

In February we are called to be with The Medicine Wheel.

You may want to work with one you can be with in your garden
or you can build one for your altar.
You could even create one that fits into a little bag, that can travel with you.

In The Center I placed something to represent me, since I can't sit in it)

You will need 4 Stones for The Cardinal Directions. 
North, East, South and West.
These are Solar Stones and Align with The Solstices and Equinoxes

You will need 4 Stones for The In Betweens
NE, SE, SW, NW.
These are Lunar Stoned and Alligns with The Transitions of Seasons ( From Summer to Autumn, from Autumn to Winter, from Winter to Spring, from Spring to Summer.)

You will need 13 Stones to represent the 13 Moons.
We will place one down every Full Moon, until the 13 Moon Cycle is complete and all 13 Stones has found their place in the Medicine Wheel.

Take some time to listen.
Have a feeling for the Stones.
Are you making use of an existing Medicine Wheel or a New One.
Do you have the Stones available or do you need to collect them?

Collecting The Stones
If you are collection new shoes from the Wild.
Collect with reverence, ask permission, feel the yes, offer a gift - song or corn or something that feels appropriate and safe for nature.

Placing The Stones:
Align your 4 Cardinal Stones with The Directions of N, E, S, W.
You can begin with The East Stone, or you you can intuitively listen to where you want to begin.
Place the stones with reverence. Song and Prayer are welcomed, so is silence.
Then place the intermediate stones in between. Be conscious as to what direction each of the stones represent.

Sit for a moment (if you can in the centre) and feel the connection and roundedness.
You are asked to tend to this Medicine Wheel for the next 13 Moons.
