There are so many ways to honour your Mountain.
And The Mountain is as much yours as you are the Mountain's.
You can honour your Mountain in a simple or ceremonial way.

What do i mean by Your Mountain?
Firstly it could be The Highest Mountain/Hill that is closest to you, where you are living now.
or
If you are traveling, The Mountain of that land.
or
Both, you can reach out your roots to connect them.

Here are 4 different ways to connect more to your mountain:
1.
Sit Down on The Earth and envision your roots.
Take time to breath with your Roots and vision them connecting to The Mountain.
Listen, Look and Feel.

Go for Walk/Hike in The Mountains.
This is the best way.
Enjoy one of the pathways that leads into the Mountain.
Enjoy the gifts of the Mountain through the nurturing presence to Flora, Fauna, Skyscapes and Dreams.
Simply go to witness and receive, and let the Remembering sink in slowly.
